CrossFit Weddington will be holding a clean eating Challenge.  Progress will be tracked through baseline WODs.  Participants can choose which nutrition plan they would like to follow (links below).  Proceeds will go towards prizes for best finish as well as to help fund the purchase of an AED for the Gym.

The CFW AED Challenge starts September 8th.  Participants can sign up at the desk.  The cost is $25.
