We will be beginning a Wendler Cycle starting next week.  During the week of April 4th we will find our 1RMs for Back Squat, Shoulder Press, Clean and Deadlift.  The following week the cycle will begin.  In order to complete the list each week you will need to program your 1RMs into one of the following tracking options below.

For the Excel / Google option add your 1RMs on the first tab and the rest of the sheet will populate for you.

For the Google Doc use the File and Make a Copy function to save an editable copy for yourself.
