CrossFit Weddington’s classes are led by expert coaches who are in the pursuit of helping members succeed in their fitness journeys. Our classes combine elements of cardio, strength, gymnastics, agility, balance, and more.

Free Intro Class

So you’ve read about CrossFit, you’ve checked out some of our pictures and videos over on Instagram and you’re ready to get started?

The first step for our new athletes is generally a Free Intro Class.   Our free Intro Class is specifically designed to give you a basic understanding of what CrossFit Weddington is like. You will learn a few basic skills, and do a short High Intensity Workout.  Plan to arrive a little early to a sign the waiver. If you’re under 18 years of age, we need your parent / guardian to sign the waiver.

Intro Classes are held on Mondays at 5pm, Wednesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 8:00am.  If this time doesn’t work email us and we’ll find a time.

Membership Options

CrossFit Weddington is a coaching/training facility. You will get a certified CrossFit trainer coaching every time you step into our doors.  We do not have long-term contract and no up front fees.  If you have any questions regarding the membership, please speak with one of our coaches.
