Skill: Push Jerk
WOD:
Shoulder Press 1.1.1.1.1
Push Press 3.3.3.3.3
Push Jerk 5.5.5.5.5
This can be done 2 ways. You either use the same weight for all five lifts, or you do it vertically. Do 1 SP, 3 PP, 5 PJ without dropping the Bar.
