BACK to BASICS THURSDAY!

Today we are working on Kettlebell Swings… You will have the chance to test out of training after the first 15 minutes, but everyone will attend the first 15 minutes. At that point you can do the following WOD, and if not it’s Kettlebells for the entire hour.

WOD:

10 min AMRAP

1 Attempt Max Double Unders

Hill Sprint

count double unders. If you miss on the first or 51st DU you run the hill…
