Skill: Snatch
if you test out you can do the WOD, and if not you will spend the entire hour working on the lift.
Followed by:
7 Rounds
25 Double Unders
1 Snatch
start at a moderate weight an and add each round. The last 2 rounds should be around or above 90%.
