Member 1 will complete 100m of Burpee, then tag member 2 who will be doing AMRAP. This will continue for the duration of 20 min. You may wear gloves for the 100m of burpee if you have them.

So if you make a mess like this….. CLEAN IT UP! Believe it or not other people don’t want to put their hands in your cake mix….
