CrossFit Weddington is a 5000 sq.ft. facility located on over 3 acres in Weddington, North Carolina. With our unique combination of indoor and outdoor space we can offer a variety of classes to help you achieve your fitness goals. The members at CrossFit Weddington are engineers and doctors, lawyers and police officers, hairdressers and firefighters, teachers and stay-at-home moms, and everything in between. We come together with a common goal to live well and be fit.
Reaching your potential involves more than a workout on a board. A driven community, coaching expertise, and sound programming are the foundation of our gym. It is our mission to offer the best possible service aimed at helping people of all fitness levels improve their quality of life.

Our programs are geared towards inclusivity, scalability, and driving results. The primary objective is to effectively elevate our clients away from sickness and toward fitness.
Our Programs
CrossFit
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we do not change programs. You won’t have to lift weights beyond your level or perform movements beyond your skill set. We pride ourselves on working with people of all ability levels and making them better. Furthermore, our target population is not specific to age or gender, instead we are welcoming anyone who is willing to work hard and keep an open mind to CrossFit principles.
Olympic Lifting
The Olympic Lifting class focuses on the Snatch, Clean & Jerk and their related lifts. The lifts require a unique combination of strength, flexibility, power, and coordination not found elsewhere in sport. Get fit and strong while you learn these highly technical lifts under the watchful eye of one of our expert coaches.
Row · Endurance
The Row Endurance Class is geared towards improving performance, fitness, and endurance potential. It focuses on proper technique followed by increased intensity. This class incorporates the Concept2 rower and SkiErg, along with assault bikes, weight training and bodyweight strength work to maximize the training effect during the class.
