Today is National Sign Up for Class Day……. If you want to have a spot in the WOD, you must SIGN UP!!!!!! We will also be adding a 5:30am WOD and 6:15am. They will both be Express Classes. You will be responsible for warming up and stretching on your own. The 5:30 will only be open to experienced CrossFitters. This will start next month if not sooner.
